Indo Swiss Dairy Farm- n Mattupetty

The Indo Swiss Farm is one of the prime attractions of Mattupetty, which is located at an altitude of about 1,700 m. The farm is home to a prestigious livestock project of the Kerala Livestock Development Board (KLDB) Ltd. Tourists can explore this farm, which houses hundreds of high yielding cattle. The project is stretched over an area of about 191 hectares and is considered as a ‘holy land’ for the cattle herders who come to this place from different parts of the country. The cool and pleasant climate of this area along with the availability of abundance of fodder has made it a perfect location to run the Indo Swiss Dairy Farm.
